Question 1

What products and services does Civils&work offer?

Accepted Answer

Civils&work serves the civil engineering industry with "one product platform plus two services". The Civils&work Product Platform currently includes six products: AI Knowledge Hub (enterprise intelligent knowledge base), iAsk Design (public industry knowledge base), AI Translation (intelligent document translation), SalesFlow (intelligent sales system with ecosystem partner onboarding), and AMT Quantity Takeoff plus Civil AI Radar (engineering intelligence platform). We also provide two services — AI organizational transformation consulting and corporate AI training — helping enterprises go from top-level design to on-the-ground implementation.

Question 2

How do we choose the right product or service?

Accepted Answer

We recommend starting from your most pressing business scenario and expanding step by step once you see results. If you prefer a systematic approach, start with a transformation consulting engagement to map out scenarios and priorities first.

Question 3

Does AI Knowledge Hub support multimodal content import?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The system imports files in 50 formats including PDF, Office documents, WPS files, DWG drawings, audio/video, and images, and automatically extracts key information such as text, formulas, tables, and images.

Question 4

What makes search in AI Knowledge Hub special?

Accepted Answer

It uses an AI-powered search engine supporting full-text retrieval, semantic search, fuzzy matching, and more. Answers come with traceable sources, helping you quickly locate the knowledge you need.

Question 5

What problems does iAsk Design solve for designers?

Accepted Answer

iAsk Design is a knowledge base for the public infrastructure industry. It comes with 10,000+ built-in codes and standards, supports searching overseas codes directly in Chinese and retrieving atlases in natural language, and provides a code update-checking tool to prevent citing superseded editions.

Question 6

Which languages does AI Translation support? How are technical terms handled?

Accepted Answer

It supports translation between Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, working from semantic understanding rather than word-for-word translation. A built-in terminology database automatically matches industry terms, and the original layout is faithfully reproduced — ideal for engineering documents, bid packages, and other format-sensitive content.

Question 7

How does SalesFlow help sales teams?

Accepted Answer

SalesFlow uses AI to record and structure the sales process: meeting conclusions form a closed loop of "capture → confirm → write back", and opportunity health is judged on evidence rather than gut feeling, helping B2B teams make sales process management actually stick.

Question 8

How effective is AMT Quantity Takeoff?

Accepted Answer

AMT automatically extracts structural concrete quantities from DXF drawings, computing member lengths, areas, and volumes in one click, and compresses roughly 3 days of manual work into 30 minutes. Implemented in pure Python with zero CAD software dependency, it outputs traceable annotated drawings and Excel quantity sheets.

Question 9

Is permission management supported?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A three-tier permission system — enterprise, team, and knowledge base — lets you precisely control what users can view, edit, download, and manage.

Question 10

Can knowledge base content be shared with one click?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share a knowledge base with one click to a project team, department, or the whole institute. With permission management plus commenting and annotation, experience is shared in real time and collaboration becomes more efficient.

Question 11

How is multi-user collaborative editing supported?

Accepted Answer

Multiple users can edit together online with real-time syncing, version-conflict prevention, and a complete version history.

Question 12

Is integration with other systems supported?

Accepted Answer

Rich APIs and webhooks enable seamless integration with your existing systems such as OA, ERP, and CRM.

Question 13

Is private deployment supported?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private deployment options are available to fit your enterprise needs, giving you full control over your data.

Question 14

How is data security ensured?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise-grade security standards apply, with multiple safeguards including data encryption, access control, and operation auditing.

Question 15

How does the system perform at knowledge-base scale?

Accepted Answer

A distributed architecture with intelligent caching supports millions of documents while keeping responses fast and the experience smooth.

Question 16

How are knowledge base backup and migration handled?

Accepted Answer

Complete backup, export, and migration tooling supports one-click backup and cross-platform data migration.

Question 17

Do you provide user training and technical support?

Accepted Answer

A complete training system and technical support are provided: onboarding for new users, regular online courses and video tutorials, a dedicated customer success manager, and rich help documentation, with fast responses during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00).

Question 18

How is the corporate AI training program delivered?

Accepted Answer

The program uses a "tiered courses + co-creation camp" format: six tiered sessions, one every two weeks, progressing from foundational awareness to hands-on application. It closes with a 2-day co-creation camp where participants bring real business problems and produce ready-to-deploy solutions.

Question 19

How does the AI organizational transformation service work?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a current-state diagnosis to map AI-ready scenarios and priorities, then validates results through pilot implementations, and finally consolidates the methodology and an internal team so the transformation is sustainable. Everything is driven by real business problems — no empty technology lectures.

Question 20

How can developers join the Civils&work Product Platform?

Accepted Answer

It is open to developers and teams with mature products or proven scenario capabilities. After you submit an onboarding application, we discuss product positioning and target customers; once confirmed, you plug into the platform's user, billing, and distribution systems with transparent revenue sharing per subscription or API call — the better the product, the higher the return.
