Civils&work AI Community: Five Editions, One Hands-On Path
Five Editions, One Path from Understanding to Building
From June to October 2026, the Civils&work AI Community completed five offline editions. Together they trace one complete AI adoption path: first understand what large models actually are, then put AI into daily office work, then let AI write code for you, then see how enterprises adopt AI systematically — and finally, build your own digital employee. Every edition has a full video replay, so you can catch up anytime.
Edition by Edition
Edition 1, "How Large AI Models Work" (June 22, 2026): The community's first edition explained large models from 0 to 1 — how they understand and generate content, and where their capabilities end — laying the cognitive groundwork for the hands-on topics to come. Watch the replay
Edition 2, "AI-Assisted Office Work" (July 21, 2026): Focused on AI-assisted office scenarios, with two talks moving from real use cases to advanced practice, putting WorkBuddy to work in daily workflows. Watch the replay
Edition 3, "AI Coding Session" (August 31, 2026): Live demos of AI writing code for you — batch-processing drawing tables, auto-organizing calculation notes and reports, and handing repetitive work to scripts. No coding background needed to follow along on the spot. Watch the replay
Edition 4, "Enterprise AI Adoption Case Studies" (September 29, 2026): Invited guest speaker Ma Chi, CEO of Suzhou Jijiyuanliu, dissected real delivery cases in an interview format — from needs diagnosis and solution design to system integration — showing how AI connects into enterprise systems step by step and delivers measurable business value.
