Strategic Announcement

In August 2026, Guangzhou Civils&work Technology Co., Ltd. officially announced a strategic upgrade: the company is fully transforming into the navigator of AI organizational transformation in civil engineering. This moves Civils&work's role from "providing AI products for civil engineering companies" to "the navigating partner that sees civil engineering organizations through their AI transformation" — not just tools, but end-to-end service from top-level design to capabilities taking root.

Why "Organizational Transformation"

Over the past year, we have observed that AI exploration at civil engineering companies mostly stayed at the level of "individual productivity": engineers tried various tools on their own, results were hard to consolidate, and outcomes could not be measured. Civils&work believes the real value of AI must land at the organizational level. The mission of the new strategy is to help customers turn scattered AI experiments into organized, platform-based, measurable transformation results.

Three Pillars, One Team Accountable to the End

At the core of the new strategy is the integrated synergy of three business pillars — "consulting × products × training":

AI organizational transformation consulting: From AI maturity diagnosis and pain-point identification to transformation roadmap and technology blueprint design, we provide top-level design and methodology that turn strategy into deliverable projects.

Civils&work Product Platform: On a unified knowledge foundation, mature products — AI Knowledge Hub, iAsk Design, AI Translation, SalesFlow, and AMT intelligent quantity takeoff — are ready to switch on as needed. Enterprises turn on what they need and are never locked into any single tool.

Tiered training system: Leadership receives AI strategy insight and organizational adoption methodology, while frontline staff gain hands-on AI tools and productivity skills such as Vibe Coding — so AI capability truly takes root in the organization.

Gate-Based Partnership, Verifiable Transformation

Under the new strategy, Civils&work partners with enterprises through a four-stage journey: diagnosis and top-level design → mature product onboarding → AI capability building → differentiated co-development. Four gates are set along the way — G0 requirement intake, G1 POC initiation, G2 pilot acceptance, and G3 scaled rollout — each with a clear go/no-go decision, ensuring every step of the transformation is verifiable and measurable.

Flexible Engagement Models

To match enterprises at different transformation stages, Civils&work offers three progressively deeper engagement models: a lightweight diagnosis (2–4 weeks to map the current state and priorities), a deep partnership (3–6 months, from top-level design to pilot delivery), and long-term co-building (6+ months, for scaled replication and ongoing operation). Enterprises can start at any stage — and those unsure where to begin can first run a professional diagnosis to see the current state clearly and find the direction.

A Community Ecosystem Upgraded in Step

At the same time, the Civils&work AI Community officially launched. As an open community dedicated to the deep integration of AI technology and civil engineering, it holds monthly offline hands-on sessions, each centered on one practical theme, helping AI truly land in the civil field. The company has also moved into BLOCK71 at the NUS Guangzhou Research Institute, staying connected to the international innovation ecosystem.

Outlook

From the founding vision in 2025 — an "AI Native company deeply fusing AI and civil engineering" — to today's clear strategy of "navigator of AI organizational transformation in civil engineering," Civils&work has stayed focused on one thing: letting AI do the work of the civil field as efficiently as a person. We look forward to joining hands with more civil engineering companies to make the industry's intelligent transformation deeper and more real.
