On November 11, 2025, Guangzhou Civils&work Technology Co., Ltd. (Civils&work) was officially founded in Guangzhou. The company is a technology startup dedicated to the deep integration of AI and civil engineering, committed to becoming the AI Native company for the civil engineering industry. Its founding marks a new stage of development in the intelligent transformation of the civil engineering sector.

The Chinese name, Siwoke, embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of "thinking, innovation, and continuous progress." A Strong Founding Team

Founder Ou Sheng brings 14 years of deep experience in the civil engineering simulation software industry. He worked for many years at MIDAS IT, a global top-three simulation software company, and focused on architecture software SaaS sales from 2011 to 2025. He won the company's highest sales honor, the "Happiness Gold Award," successfully organized a 500-person user conference along with numerous industry salons and training sessions, and brings 10 years of team management experience — delivering on his targets year after year and earning the title of "Outstanding Leader."
